The Yale College Environmental Studies Program is hiring full-time, non-tenure-track lecturer with an initial 3-year appointment in environmental policy, politics, and law beginning July 1, 2026. The teaching expectation is normally 5 undergraduate course equivalents per academic year, including service to the undergraduate Environmental Studies program. The primary focus of instruction includes survey courses in the topical areas of United States and global environmental policy. Strong candidates will have an advanced degree (e.g. Ph.D., J.D.) in Environmental Policy, Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Political Science, Geography, or Law, or have completed all requirements for the Ph.D. prior to the start date.
